If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact me at jgivens@southernskiescoffee.com for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. I will need your order number, name on the order, which items you were dissatisfied with and as much of an explanation as you would like to provide. In most cases, I will issue a refund to the card you purchased your order with once the product has been returned.
